Dr Bruce Tonkin is auDA’s CEO, having commenced in the role in January 2025. Bruce joined auDA in 2017 and served as auDA’s Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2024 where he was responsible for the operation of the .au domain. Bruce has extensive experience in the technology and domain name sectors in Australia and globally.
Duncan Rusby
Duncan is the Founding Director of Sagacity Research. He is a market research specialist with more than 20 years’ experience, specialising in customer experience research. Duncan led auDA’s 2023 and 2024 market research into customer perceptions of .au, which features in auDA’s Why .au? reports.
Rachel Colaso
Rachel is the General Manager of Business Growth at Business Chamber Queensland. Rachel has significant expertise in stakeholder engagement, business development and effective communications.
