Delivered through the Churchill Trust, auDA Churchill Fellowships support individuals to bring benefit to Australians through research and development projects that explore the digital and internet landscape.

Supporting research with impact
Through the auDA Public Benefit Program, auDA Churchill Fellowships provide funding to individuals to conduct research or projects that uplift the utility of the internet for Australians. auDA Churchill Fellowships will be awarded to two individuals each year in 2025, 2026 and 2027, administered by the Churchill Trust.

auDA Churchill Fellowships offers individuals the opportunity to learn more about a topic in the digital and internet landscape that they’re passionate about and that will benefit the community.
- Fellowships are funded by auDA and administered by the Churchill Trust.
- They will be awarded to individuals who wish to conduct research overseas on a topic within the digital and internet landscape and then bring their knowledge back to Australia.
- Anyone who is an Australian citizen or permanent resident can apply for an auDA Churchill Fellowship if they wish to research a topic in the digital and internet landscape. No qualifications or previous study requirements apply.
