Meet the panellists
Moderator: Petr Adamek is the CEO of Canberra Innovation Network (CBRIN) providing strategic leadership and support for CBRIN’s vision and mission. Petr is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
Mandy Snashall is a strategic problem solver with over 15 years of experience leading Business and Digital Transformation programs, including running an award-winning Centre of Excellence and co-founding DDP. Mandy specialises in designing simple solutions to complex problems through process re-engineering, human-centred co-design and holistic solution delivery. Mandy's team leadership, coaching and mentoring experience spans a career across Higher Education, Government, Defence, NGOs, Health Regulation, Hospitality and Startups.
Greg Harford is the Chief Executive of the Canberra Business Chamber, the peak body for business in the ACT. The Chamber’s vision is that Canberra becomes the greatest place in Australia to do business, and Greg is passionate about the huge value that business delivers for everyone living in the ACT.
Aqeel Akber is a former nuclear physicist turned tech entrepreneur. As the founder of DSQ Studio, he draws on his extensive experience in business automation and AI integration to connect the technical, business, and human aspects of digital technology. Through this connection DSQ supports the transformation of emerging technologies into practical, ethical solutions that enhance how local communities live and work.
