We oversee two distinct processes in .au
Choosing the right path
If you have a concern about a party’s eligibility to hold a .au domain name licence or .au domain name provider’s conduct, where you consider there may be a potential breach of the .au Licensing Rules, you can lodge a complaint.
If you believe another party’s .au domain name licence infringes your intellectual property rights, you can lodge a dispute under the auDRP.
