Using a registry search request, you can ask for a list of the .au domain names connected to your organisation’s details, for example, your company name, Australian trade mark, Australian Company Number (ACN) or Australian Business Number (ABN).
You can submit a request on behalf of your organisation if you’re an authorised representative.
Proof of identity and authorisation must be provided with the submission.
Why submit a registry search request
Some people or organisations register multiple domain names using different registration details, including:
- Using company details and personal details for different domain name registrations
- Registering domain names through different domain name providers
- Different employees register domain names for the same organisation.
In these cases it can be difficult for domain name holders (registrants) to have oversight of their entire domain name portfolio.
