As part of that commitment, we report annually against the ASX Corporate Governance Council Principles and Recommendations (CGPR).
The Principles and Recommendations are designed for entities listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and provide an independent benchmark for governance, transparency and accountability.
auDA has elected to report against the Principles and Recommendations, modified for a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and adapting terminology to reflect our size and structure.

This is our third Corporate Governance Statement and is based on the 4th edition of the CGPR released in 2019 which came into effect 1 January 2020.
